“Priyadarshini Chatterjee is a freelance journalist, a food blogger and writer. She spends her time reading or experimenting in her kitchen, travels as much as she can and eats her way through life. But she loves to write more than anything else.” That is how Priyadarshini’s bio reads. I can add that she is also a great painter.

Now let me say, what she is to me. Priyadarshini and I got talking over food, some piece she was writing. I really don’t remember which one, but what I do remember is that we clicked instantly. She is one of those people whose warmth and sensitivity instantly calls out to you. Since then we have found that we have in common a lot our interest areas, besides food; and we have very similar ways of looking at life. We have spend hours chatting and fallen back on each other for comfort. With conversation that we have, my love and respect for this amazing woman just grows even more.
